Overview
Moses is an associate in Linklaters’ TMT/IP and Data Solutions practice in New York. He provides comprehensive counsel on transactions involving intellectual property, IT assets, data and technology across diverse industries.
With a focus on serving public and private companies, private equity funds and high-growth startups, Moses’ practice encompasses leading the intellectual property, IT asset, data and technology aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, venture investments and financing transactions.
He also advises on the development, licensing, transfer and commercialization of intellectual property, technology and data assets, as well as on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
He has also counselled clients on data privacy and assists in developing compliance programs in line with U.S. and international law, including state privacy and marketing laws.

- Kelso & Company and its portfolio company, Eagle Family Foods Group: advising on their US$610m acquisition of General Mills’ Helper main meals and Suddenly Salad side dishes businesses.
- Kelso & Company: advising on its acquisition of a majority interest in Inovar Packaging Group, a full-service provider of pressure sensitive labels, shrink sleeves and flexibles for a wide range of industries.
- TA Associates: advising on its acquisition of TouchTunes, an in-venue, interactive music and entertainment platform, from funds advised by Searchlight and Newlight.
- Schneider Electric: advising the global leader in digital transformation, automation and energy management, on its acquisitions of EV Connect, an electric vehicle charging solutions provider, and EnergySage, an online marketplace for solar energy products and services.
- S&S Activewear: advising the leading American imprintable apparel wholesale company on its acquisition of TSF Sportswear, a multi-line wholesaler.
- Consilio: advising the Stone Point Capital portfolio company on its acquisition of Legility, a global legal services provider.
