- PGGM Infrastructure: advising on the acquisition of a stake in Alpha Trains from the Canadian pension fund Public Sector Pension Investments (PSP Investments)
- A global airport operator: advising on the renegotiations of terminal operating agreements
- BlackRock: advising on the acquisition of 50.1 percent in Mainova WebHouse forming a joint venture for the development of data centers in the Rhine/Main region
- KKR Credit Advisors EMEA: advising on the sale of Tekfor Group, a German automotive supplier and a leading specialist for mission-critical high-performance components, modules and fasteners, to American Axle & Manufacturing.
