Ulrike specialises in M&A transactions as well as capital markets and corporate law, including joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She is a member of the corporate knowhow team.
Professional experience
Ulrike joined the German predecessor firm Oppenhoff & Rädler in 2000 which became Linklaters in 2001. She worked in the London office from 2002 to 2007. She was appointed Counsel (Knowledge) in 2023.
Education and qualifications
Ulrike studied law at the Universities of Würzburg and Freiburg in Germany. She holds a master from the Institute of European Union Studies at the Free University of Brussels.
She speaks German, English and French.
