Overview
Zita is an associate in the Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group. Her practice focuses on U.S. regulatory and compliance matters relating to cross-border transactions. She specializes in antitrust, competition and foreign investment issues, including U.S. merger control and analysis. Zita also has experience handling complex commercial litigation and counsels clients on enforcement and compliance matters related to cartel and other antitrust conduct.
Professional experience
Prior to law school, Zita managed business immigration issues pertaining to complex corporate mergers, primarily within the pharmaceutical, financial services and industrial gases sectors.
Education and qualifications
Zita received a J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law, where she was a St. Thomas More Scholar, a student fellow at the Center International and Comparative Law and an articles editor of the St. John’s Law Review.
She received a B.A. cum laude from Dickinson College in 2018.
