Welcome to our Summer Edition of Trustee Agenda
As the Pensions Regulator has noted, the terrible events in Ukraine are wide-reaching indeed. In the light of those events (and, more specifically,
the uncertainty and sanctions arising from them) many of our trustee clients are grappling with cyber-security, covenant and investment issues - the
latter of which, in particular, need to be addressed in a balanced and measured way. No wonder, then, that these issues are an area of sharp focus
in this, our Summer Edition of Trustee Agenda.
Also under the spotlight are developments in the DC space over the past few months (including the “stronger nudge” requirements) and, inevitably,
the TCFD requirements which are now of wider application.
