AFME & Linklaters implementation guide on MiFIR / MiFID II reforms in the EU and UK

AFME and Linklaters recently published a joint implementation guide on MiFIR / MiFID II reforms in the EU and the UK for firms operating in wholesale secondary markets.

The guide summarises upcoming regulatory change and divergences, indicates key timelines and provides commentary on key implementation challenges and wider impacts for sell-side firms (although it will also be of interest to other firms operating in wholesale markets). The guide should help firms plan and budget as these impactful reforms are swiftly entering the implementation phase.

Thank you for joining us for an in-person launch event for the AFME & Linklaters implementation guide. We held a fireside chat with the FCA and a panel discussion with senior speakers from AFME member firms and Linklaters. This was followed by drinks to celebrate the launch.
