UK limited partnership law reform

The UK government is progressing its long-awaited reforms to UK limited partnership law. The proposals form part of a new Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill, which is the latest stage in the government's pledge to increase transparency and prevent corporate and other UK structures being used for illegal purposes. The Bill takes forward proposals which were originally consulted on in 2018 and is expected to pass into law in the first half of 2023.
