FRC 2023 review of corporate governance reporting: executive pay

In its fourth annual review of corporate governance reporting against the Corporate Governance Code, the FRC finds ongoing improvements in the quality of reporting and in particular better explanation of departures from the Code, but also identifies areas for further improvements. 

We consider here the FRC’s findings on compliance with and reporting on the Code’s remuneration provisions.
