The latest version of our financial legislation tracker is now available.
The updates include:
- The approval by the Council of Ministers of a draft law transposing the EU Directive 2021/2167 of 24 November 2021 concerning non-performing loans.
- The submission to Parliament of the a law introducing double voting rights for dematerialised registered shares.
Pending the formation of a new federal government, we expect to see a number of legislative initiatives to be resubmitted to Parliament.
