Linklaters has served as Financial Regulatory Counsel to Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL) in the successful completion of the US$ 4.8 billion combination between Webhelp and Concentrix. This combination further positions Webhelp and Concentrix as a global provider of customer experience (CX).
As the majority shareholder of Webhelp since 2019, this combination positions GBL as the first shareholder of a combined company, leader on CX services and technologies, with an expanded breadth of generative AI solutions, digital capabilities, and high-value services.
