Linklaters advises Tokio Marine & Nishdo Fire Insurance Company on its sale of a 5.75% stake in Arabian Shield Insurance Company to Alinma Bank
Linklaters advised Tokio Marine & Nishdo Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (TMNF) on its sale of its 5.75% stake in Arabian Shield Insurance Company, a listed company in Saudi Arabia, to Alinma Bank.
The successful completion of this sale underscores Tokio Marine Holdings' strategic objectives of enhancing capital efficiency and diversifying risks.
