Linklaters with Pride

Since 2018 our LGBT+ colleagues have been sharing their personal experiences as part of our Proud to Work at Linklaters series. As Pride Month 2022 comes to a close, we are delighted to share a compilation of these stories, including reflections from colleagues and their experiences from over the years of realising you’re LGBT+, why it is important to bring your whole self to work and what Pride means.

As we celebrate Pride and our LGBT+ role models throughout the Summer and beyond, it also serves as a powerful reminder about hard won victories, challenges LGBT+ people still face today and reinforce why visible Allies remain so important in the workplace. Being home to an inclusive culture that celebrates all aspects of diversity is a key priority for Linklaters – where individuals feel empowered to speak up and be themselves at work.
