Overview
Anna practice includes advising on change in controls, transaction structuring and setting up of regulated entities and compliance with prudential rules. She regularly advises clients on resolutions and other crisis management situations regarding financial regulated institutions as well as private equity funds in relation to distressed regulated investments.
She has also gained deep knowledge of investment funds (AIFs and UCITS) by advising major global asset managers as well as emerging players.
She advised clients on the implementation of numerous EU regulatory reforms initiatives such as AIFMD, MiFID II, CRD V/CRR II, BRRD II, Solvency II and impact of Brexit for most of the banking clients of the firm.
Anna has experience of new product development and marketing, including in the fintech space, financial market infrastructure and trading issues such as market abuse and also assists clients on structured products including lending, repo transactions and ISDA documented derivatives.
Anna worked with Linklaters Amsterdam between 2021 and 2023 and has been seconded in Linklaters London in 2011-2012.
Education and qualifications
Anna studied law at the University of Padova and holds a J.D. in law.
She speaks Italian and English.
