Overview
Derek is a Partner in the Linklaters’ U.S. Structured Finance Practice. He specializes in asset-backed financings and securitizations across a wide range of structures and asset classes, including those backed by credit card, auto, trade finance, aviation, renewables, and infrastructure assets.
Derek also regularly advises clients on regulatory matters in connection with structured finance transactions, including on U.S. credit risk retention and Volcker Rule issues.
