Sophia's experience includes advising Swedish and international banks, major Nordic private equity investors, and large corporates in various large-scale, leverage finance transactions, acquisition finance, structured finance, real estate finance and general banking lending.

Work highlights

• A leading Swedish healthcare industry, specifically focusing on medical technology: assisting the Agents, and the Lender, with Swedish law advise in relation to a multicurrency revolving facility agreement for a company within med tech.
• An investment management company: advising on the SEK 864m financing of their separate acquisitions of four modern logistics properties, including i.a. automated warehouses, situated in the south of Sweden.
• Stena Real Estate AB: advising on the acquisition of the Studio B office building in Warsaw from Skanska, and a freed loan provided by an international bank for the acquisition.
• Signal Capital Partners: advising a UK-based private asset management firm, acting as the preferred equity partner, on the joint venture with Ghelamco, followed by EUR 280m sale of the Warsaw UNIT office building by Ghelamco to Eastnine AB. The sale was the largest office transaction in Europe in 2024.
