Patent Litigation Update Germany – 1/2022

We are happy to share the latest edition of our Patent Litigation Update, in which we summarize important patent law developments in Germany.

This edition provides an overview of the current state of the Unified Patent Court and the further resources we provide to you on this topic. We also discuss several recent decisions of the German courts, inter alia decisions of the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf on the compliance of pool licences with FRAND principles and on staying proceedings due to late-submitted prior art documents.
