MiFID II: FCA publishes finalised guidance on the UK trading venue perimeter

On 5 July 2023, the FCA published its final guidance on the trading venue perimeter. It will come into effect from 9 October 2023. Overall the guidance does not depart significantly from the version published by the FCA in the consultation paper and the commentary is largely consistent with the feedback provided by ESMA in its opinion.
