Linklaters advises DKSH on its acquisition of DNIV Group in Singapore

Linklaters advised DKSH Holding Ltd. (DKSH) on its acquisition of DNIV Group (DNIV), a Singapore-based high-tech manufacturing solutions provider for the semiconductor and electronics industry in Asia.

Headquartered in Switzerland, DKSH specialises in market expansion services and provides companies across various industries with access and expertise to grow in Asia. Listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, DKSH operates in 36 markets across Asia Pacific, Europe and the USA.

Based in Singapore, DNIV Group has a strong presence in Asia with subsidiaries in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
