Linklaters advises Greenko on its US$1bn high yield bond issuance
Linklaters advised Greenko Wind Projects (Mauritius) Ltd, a subsidiary of Greenko Energy Holdings, on the successful issuance of its US$1bn 7.25% senior bonds due 2028. The proceeds will be allocated towards refinancing existing indebtedness tied to its 1,680 MW Pinnapuram standalone pumped storage project in Andhra Pradesh, India.
