Work highlights

• PetroTel Oman LLC: counsel to a subsidiary of Texas-based oil and gas exploration and production company PetroTel Inc. in a US$300m financing from the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC, formerly OPIC) of an oil and gas project in the Sultanate of Oman. 
• Samchully Midstream 3 LLC: advising The Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM) and the lenders on the KEXIM-backed refinancing of oil & gas storage & transportation company on its midstream gas pipeline assets in Ohio.
• JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.: advising a syndicate of Lenders, in connection with an amendment to an existing credit agreement entered into with SierraCol as borrower in June 2021, which amendment (i) established a new tranche of revolving credit commitments transitioned USD LIBOR provisions to Adjusted Term SOFR. 
• Moolec Science Limited: advising the signing of a business combination agreement with LightJump Acquisition Corp., which is expected to result in a newly formed holding company of the combined entity, Moolec Science SA. Also advising the LatAm science-based food ingredient company focused on the development of real animal proteins in plants, on the signing of a business combination agreement with LightJump Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, which resulted in a newly formed Luxembourg holding company of the combined entity being listed on Nasdaq. 
• The Export-Import Bank of Korea (“KEXIM”): advising as New York counsel to the mandated lead arranger, along with syndicate of lenders, on a midstream oil and gas financing in the U.S.
• National Australia Bank Limited: advising a consortium of banks as lead managers on the issue of US$1.250bn Series 1,206. 1.388% Senior Notes due January 2025 under the US$100bn Global Medium Term Note Programme.
