Work highlights

• Worldline: advising in connection with the merger of the payment services activities of Worldline and PAYONE in Germany and Austria and the sale of the payment services activities in Switzerland from PAYONE to Worldline.

• McKesson: advising on the sale of its European businesses in Germany to WBA, in the UK to Aurelius, in Continental Europe to Phoenix and an MBO in Austria.
• McKesson: advising on the agreement of a joint venture with the US pharmaceutical service provider Walgreens Boots Alliance.

• Hella: advising on the sale of its front camera software business to Volkswagen car.SW Org Wolfsburg AG.
• Neovia Logistics Services: advising on the acquisition of an Austrian logistics company.

• Neovia Logistics Germany: advising on general corporate law as well as contractual aspects of major projects.

Johannes studied law at the University of Regensburg and Cambridge. Since 2018 he is working on his PhD in public health law at the University Regensburg.
