Overview
Stephanie Sebastian is an associate in the Dispute Resolution Group of Linklaters’ New York office. She has broad experience in civil and criminal matters, including in complex commercial litigation and class actions.
Stephanie is strongly committed to community and pro bono service, with a particular focus on criminal justice reform, racial justice, and women’s rights. Recent matters include amicus briefs on behalf of the National Women’s Law Center in the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is a member of the firm’s Women’s Network Committee and the ESG Americas Working Group.
Education and qualifications
Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. In law school, she was a Senior Articles Editor at the NYU Review of Law and Social Change. She also received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in International Relations and Global Studies, with a minor in Middle Eastern Studies.
