Overview
Theresa specialises in European and German antitrust law, with a focus on cartel proceedings, compliance, abuse control and merger control. She has particular expertise in the area of restructuring mergers.
Theresa represents clients before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office as well as before European and German courts.

- Silgan Holdings Inc.: Advising in antitrust proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission concerning alleged anticompetitive behaviour in the metal packaging sector, in proceedings before the European courts, in compliance training and in various merger control proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office.
- Fresenius Kabi: Advising on the acquisition of a majority stake in mAbxience Holding S.L. ("mAbxience").
- A leading global payment technology company: Advising and representing in defense of antitrust removal and damages claims.
- A leading global mineral oil company: Advising on ongoing antitrust issues, antitrust compliance and the sector inquiry of the German Federal Cartel Office.
- Triton: Advising on the acquisition of Caverion Corporation via Crayfish Bidco Oy in a public bidding process.
Professional experience
Theresa has been working at Linklaters since 2021 as an Associate.
She worked from April to October 2024 in the Paris Antitrust and Competition Team.
She is a member of the German Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht (study association of antitrust law) as well as member of the Forum Investitionsprüfung (study association of foreign investment).
Dr. Theresa Noßke is also a member of the firm's international FSR team, which deals with current developments in the context of the Foreign Subsidies Regulation. She is also a member of the firm's international verticals group, which deals with current developments relating to vertical relationships in antitrust law.
Education and qualifications
Theresa studied law with a focus on competition law at the University of Cologne and at Duquesne University School of Law (Pittsburgh, USA). She completed her doctorate in competition law on the subject of restructuring mergers at the University of Cologne.
During her legal traineeship, Theresa worked, inter alia, in the 2nd Decision Division of the Federal Cartel Office and at Linklaters.
She speaks German, English and French.
