The Hague Judgments Convention enters into force between the EU and Ukraine
The so-called Hague Judgments Convention, i.e. the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters, will enter into force on 1 September 2023 between the EU Member States (excluding Denmark) and Ukraine. The Convention aims to facilitate the resolution of international disputes by establishing a multilateral system for the recognition and enforcement of judgments.
