As 2024 drew to a close, the FCA set the ball rolling towards a new era for disclosure of product information to retail investors in 2025. PRIIPs had a good innings (if you’re a fan of "complex", "unclear" and "rigidly templated" disclosure documents) but retirement beckons in the UK for those 3 pages of A4 as the FCA has published its consultation paper on a framework for Consumer Composite Investments.
