For Linklaters’ famed global corporate group, the last eighteen months have been remarkably productive. Fistfuls of global awards have recognised massive and ground-breaking transactions across all corporate disciplines. With the missing piece in the global jigsaw, the US corporate team has been reinvigorated by the arrival of George Casey and his team in New York.
 
Other strong lateral hires in 2024 have included Hubert Segain in Paris, who now co-heads the corporate team in the city. This month Hubert, together with the firm’s Global Head of Corporate, Simon Branigan, and Kristina Klaassen-Kaiser, European Division Head of Corporate, run the rule over the firm’s recent progress and talk of their future hopes and expectations on the alumni website.
