Linklaters has advised Hg, a leading software and services investor on the financing to support its investment in Pirum Systems, a UK-based provider of post-trade automation and collateral management technology for the global securities finance industry.
Hg will share joint control with Pirum’s current backers Bowmark Capital, the technology and services investor, which invested in the company in 2019. The Pirum management team will also retain a significant stake in the business. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
The Linklaters team was led by Leveraged Finance partner Oliver Sceales, managing associate Daniel Peach and associate Marie De Vreese.
