Linklaters advises Hg in relation to the financing for its acquisition of Trackunit

Linklaters has advised Hg in relation to the financing for its acquisition of Trackunit, a global leader in software-led telematics solutions for off-highway vehicles and the construction market.

The financing involved a private debt solution with market-leading terms. 

The Linklaters team was led by leveraged finance partner Oliver Sceales with managing associate Dan Peach and associate Harry Lee.

It is the latest deal for Linklaters advising Hg, following its role on the acquisition of Geomatikk in January 2021.
