Linklaters advises CBRE Investment Management on the acquisition of two logistics assets from 7R

Linklaters has advised CBRE Investment Management, a leading global real assets investment management firm representing one of its pan-European funds, on the acquisition of two logistics properties – 7R Park Poznań East and 7R Park Sosnowiec from 7R.

7R Park Poznań East and 7R Park Sosnowiec consist of modern buildings with a total area of 44,844 sqm in which modern and eco-friendly solutions were applied. Both properties are located within the main Polish logistics hubs and have very good access to the trans-European transport networks. Thanks to the technologies used and the location of the properties, they have attracted great interest from tenants, as a result of which CBRE IM has purchased the properties fully leased.

The transaction was led by Jędrzej Pałka (senior associate) supported by Katarzyna Grodzka (junior associate) from Warsaw real estate practice. Janusz Dzianachowski (partner) supervised the transaction.
