Linklaters advises Acrotec on the acquisition of Axial Medical

Linklaters has advised Acrotec, a portfolio company held by Carlyle, on the acquisition of Axial Medical, a leading manufacturer of high-precision component for the medical industry. 

Headquartered in United States, Axial Medical is focused on the high-volume production of orthopedic implants for spine, trauma, and extremity treatments, and is an approved supplier for a wide range of Medtech OEMs globally. This acquisition will strengthen Acrotec's Medtech division and expend its presence in the US market. 

The completion of this acquisition remains subject to the fulfilment of the usual regulatory conditions.
