Linklaters advises Amarenco on a €188 million financing for solar projects in France
Linklaters has advised Amarenco, one of Europe’s leading companies in the development and operation of large-scale photovoltaic solar and storage infrastructures, on a new €188 million financing dedicated to the development of solar projects in France.
With 650 MW of operational solar assets and several GW under development, this facility, co-arranged by Caisse d'Epargne CEPAC, BPCE Lease Energeco, and Bpifrance, will enable Amarenco to finance the construction and development of a portfolio of 124,31 MWp of new photovoltaic projects, including both rooftop solar installations and ground-mounted solar plants.
Linklaters previously advised Amarenco in 2024 on a €500 million portfolio financing from renowned investors for the development of solar infrastructure in Europe, including Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Austria.
