Linklaters recognised as one of the leading employers for LGBT+ inclusion in 2021 Hong Kong Index

Linklaters is ranked as one of the leading employers in Community Business’ 2021 Hong Kong LGBT+ Inclusion Index. Linklaters is ranked no. 3 among the 12 companies awarded a Gold Standard ranking in this year's index. In addition, Linklaters is named no. 1 employer within the legal industry on the Index. This ranking is a testament to the firm’s long-standing commitment and efforts in creating and fostering an inclusive workplace.

Community Business is a leading not-for-profit organisation advancing responsible and inclusive business practices in Asia. The Index is the first benchmark on corporate policies and practices for creating inclusive workplaces for LGBT+ employees. This year, 37 organisations participated in the Index varying from large multinationals to small NGOs. They represent multiple industries including financial services, hospitality, pharmaceutical, technology, legal, media, properties & real estate and the third sector.
