Overview
Elizabeth is a Senior Associate in Linklaters’ U.S. Dispute Resolution Practice.
Elizabeth’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, and cross-border government enforcement actions. She has extensive experience representing clients in investigations by federal and local regulators and law enforcement agencies, as well as foreign regulators. She also regularly advises foreign companies and financial institutions on compliance with U.S. securities, antitrust, sanctions, and other regulatory regimes.
Work highlights
Recent matters including representing:
- Sibanye-Stillwater as trial counsel in a Delaware appraisal action following the acquisition of Stillwater Mining Company;
- Sibanye-Stillwater in federal securities class action;
- Air France, KLM, and Martinair in an antitrust civil class action and opt-out litigation concerning the air cargo business;
- a multinational corporation in an industry-wide DOJ False Claims Act investigation into government contracts;
- a major international financial institution in cross-border government investigations, as well as a follow-on MDL antitrust and CEA class action, arising from allegations of manipulation of foreign exchange markets;
- a major international financial institution in litigation involving the auction sale of structured financial products.

Elizabeth contributes to client publications relating to civil litigation, regulatory compliance and enforcement, and white collar defense. Publications include:

Elizabeth holds a BA in politics and history from Washington and Lee University, an MSc. in comparative politics (conflict studies focus) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a JD from American University Washington College of Law.
