Overview

Jada is an experienced multilingual lawyer with extensive expertise in employment and benefits law, developed through her significant experience with international law firms. In addition to her work with law firms, Jada further enriched her expertise by serving as an in-house lawyer at a prestigious insurance company, payroll offices, and a global bank institution. During this time, she notably coordinated social elections involving over 3,000 employees, demonstrating her ability to manage large-scale legal operations effectively.

Her practice covers a broad range of individual and collective employment law matters, including business reorganisations, executive employment and remuneration packages, employment litigation, working time regulations, social security and discrimination issues. Her expertise also extends to pay transparency, the impact of artificial intelligence on employment, self-employment, international mobility, and social dialogue initiatives.

Currently, Jada excels in her role as a Knowledge Lawyer. In this capacity, she significantly contributes to the development of internal expertise. Her responsibilities include preparing client and internal publications and giving presentations that focus on Belgian and European employment law. She supports the Belgian office and collaborates with various other European offices, ensuring a comprehensive approach to both emerging legal challenges and opportunities in the employment landscape.
