Jihe has experience representing clients on a variety of cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, corporate restructurings, as well as on general corporate governance matters.
Work highlights
Jihe's recent experience includes advising:
- Arrival: advising Arrival, (Nasdaq: ARVL), inventor of a unique method of design and production of electric vehicles, on its business combination with Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. V, a SPAC.
- Proximus Group: advising on its business combination of its US subsidiary, Torino Holdings Corporation with North Atlantic Acquisition Corp. resulting in a newly formed holding company of the combined entity, TeleSign, Inc. The business combination valued TeleSign Corporation, the operational subsidiary of Torino Holdings Corporation at an implied $1.3 billion enterprise value.
- Glencore: advising on the sale of 100% equity interests in Chemoil Terminals LLC through an auction.
- Ameriprise: advising on the acquisition of the EMEA asset management business of Bank of Montreal, valued at approximately £615 million.
Education and qualifications
Jihe holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and obtained her undergraduate degree in international studies and business administration from Ewha Womans University.
