Michael Solaimani

Michael is a specialist in structured capital markets securities and derivatives transactions (both in securitised and OTC format), with an emphasis on sophisticated financial products, including complex structured note platforms and repackaged notes. He has extensive experience of structured finance across a broad range of asset classes, including credit, funds, equity, FX, rates, indices and commodities, with a particular focus structuring and documenting complex securitised derivatives transactions. Michael also advises clients on current and pipeline regulatory changes and market practice in this space.

Michael studied law at the University of Cambridge and completed his Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law School.
