Nicolle has experience with commercial and criminal litigation, internal and governmental investigations and white-collar defense. She has experience advising on a variety of cross-border matters, representing individuals and corporations. Nicolle is fluent in Spanish.

Professional experience
Nicolle is a member of the D.C. Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Associations’ D.C. Chapter and the National Hispanic Bar Association.
Nicolle also maintains an active pro bono practice and has advised on discriminatory policing cases seeking to safeguard the constitutional right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, and has also advised national organizations on abortion and housing laws and regulations across the country. She has represented undocumented individuals in T-Visa applications and proceedings, represented an undocumented minor in SIJS proceedings and represented an individual alleging discriminatory prosecutorial practices.
Education and qualifications
In law school she was a Student Attorney at the AUWCL Criminal Justice Clinic Prosecution in the Montgomery County State Attorney’s Office District Court. She was also the Executive Editor of The Criminal Law Prosecutor, American University’s only dedicated criminal law publication. Nicolle was a member and Finance Director of the Mock Trial Honor Society, where she competed in 6 national competitions, winning several awards and placing as quarterfinalist in 3 competitions.
Nicolle was also a senior staffer on the Business Law Review, a publication providing coverage and analysis of trends in the business law community.
