We have been working with Crafty Counsel to produce a series of six bite-sized videos, aimed at successfully navigating the main areas of focus for challenger banks and areas of risk involved with the fast growth these institutions often experience.

I was very pleased to be one of the presenters in the fourth in our series, alongside my colleague Sarina Williams. Our video looks at tips on ensuring effective whistleblowing arrangements.

While the video series is aimed at challenger banks the practical tips will also apply to any institution that is focused on creating a healthy culture and wants to have effective whistleblowing arrangements.
