The below report examines the governance of seven funds and programs within the United Nations Development System — the World Food Program, UN High Commissioner for Refugees, UN Women, UN Development Programme, UN Population Fund, UN Office for Project Services and UN Children's Emergency Fund — and makes a number of recommendations for reform that reflect principles of good governance established both in the private and public sectors.
