Mainland China-Hong Kong SAR reciprocal arrangement for recognition of civil and commercial judgment

The Mainland Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters (Reciprocal Enforcement) Ordinance will come into force on 29 January 2024. The scope of the Mainland judgments to be recognised and enforced in Hong Kong SAR will include both monetary and non-monetary judgments that are considered to be civil and commercial in nature.
