New voluntary code of conduct for directors

The UK's Institute of Directors has published a new voluntary code of conduct to promote high levels of integrity and underpin professional ethics and standards. The purpose of the code is to help improve public trust in responsible businesses. It is aimed at directors in all sectors and types of organisation, including listed companies, and seeks to provide practical guidance for decision-making.
