Linklaters advises the AXA Logistics Europe Fund in relation to its inaugural issuance of Green Bonds
Linklaters has advised the AXA Logistics Europe Fund in relation to its inaugural issuance of €500,000,000 0.375% Green Bonds due 2026 and €300,000,000 0.875% Green Bonds due 2029. The proceeds of each series of Green Bonds will be invested by the AXA Logistics Europe Fund into Eligible Green Projects as described in its Green Finance Framework.
The transaction was supported by a multi-office, multi-practice Linklaters team, spanning 10 Linklaters offices with a total of over 35 colleagues working on the matter.
The London capital markets team was led by partner Elaine Keats and counsel Rory Renshaw, with support from associate Liam Jenkins. The Luxembourg capital markets team was led by partner Melinda Perera and consultant Delphine Horn. Linklaters has advised on bond issues and medium term note programmes by other real estate funds in the last 12 months including for the AXA CoRE Europe Fund, the CBRE PEC Fund and the Prologis European Logistics Fund.
