Linklaters advises Société du Grand Paris on a €1.5 billion green bond issue

Linklaters has advised Société du Grand Paris on its new €1.5 billion green bond issue under its Green Euro Medium Term Note programme. The bonds have a maturity of 15 years and a coupon of 0.300% per annum. They have been listed on Euronext Paris on 2 September 2021.

The net proceeds of the bond issue will be used by Société du Grand Paris for eligible green projects related to the construction of the Grand Paris Express.

The Linklaters team that has advised Société du Grand Paris since the update of its green EMTN programme this year was composed of Véronique Delaittre, partner, and Bénédicte de Moras, associate.
