Linklaters advises Caisse Fédérale du Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe (CFCMNE) on its merger with Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale (CMAF)
Linklaters has advised Caisse Fédérale du Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe (CFCMNE) on its merger with Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale (CMAF). Crédit Mutuel Nord Europe and its 4,000 employees will become part of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale (CMAF), bringing to 14 the number of federations that have joined CMAF out of a total of 19. The merger is effective from 1 January 2022.
Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale now has over 29 million members and customers. The Caisse Fédérale de Crédit Mutuel is now the technical and financial cooperative tool shared by 1,500 Crédit Mutuel agencies.
