Linklaters advises Mirova on its investment in Sunly, an independent power producer active in the Baltics and Poland
Linklaters has advised Mirova, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers and a leading French asset manager, on its investment in Sunly, an independent power producer, as part of a fundraising of a total amount of around EUR 200m.
The capital raise included investments from Mirova, who became the largest investor, and Sunly’s existing shareholders (none of the investors owns a majority stake). Sunly will use the capital to further develop its solar and wind portfolio in the Baltics and Poland.
