Linklaters advises on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Poland
Linklaters has advised INVESTIKA Real Estate Fund, the largest Czech and Slovak non-bank, open ended mutual real estate fund, acting in cooperation with its joint venture partner, BUD Holdings SA., on the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Poland from 7R, a developer of commercial real estate operating in Poland and Czechia.
This acquisition marks the largest logistics property investment transaction completed in Poland this year and the second largest in Central Europe in 2024.
The 212,500 sqm portfolio comprises five logistics parks: 7R Park Bydgoszcz I, 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I, 7R City Flex Kraków Airport I, 7R Park Kielce, and 7R City Park Poznań West. The portfolio is nearly fully leased to a diverse range of tenants from the production, logistics, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
The transaction was led by Adriana Andrzejewska (counsel), with essential support from Marta Strykowska (senior associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
