Linklaters has announced the election of 41 new partners across its global network, effective 1 May 2023.
The make-up of the new partners is as follows:
With diversity, equity and inclusion being at the heart of Linklaters’ culture and values, the firm is pleased to have met its 40% global gender diversity target for female partner promotions and its 15% target for under-represented minority ethnic partners in new partner elections annually (UK & US).
The firm is also delighted to announce that 53 of its lawyers, drawn from 14 practice areas and 16 offices, have been promoted to counsel with effect from 1 May 2023.
In addition, there are also two promotions to partner in Zhao Sheng Law Firm, Linklaters’ joint operation firm in China. These promotions also take effect from 1 May 2023.

Huge congratulations to our new partners and counsel on achieving this success.
