Linklaters strengthens leveraged finance offering with hire of Magnus Wennerhorn as Head of Banking & Finance in Sweden
Linklaters has bolstered its leveraged finance offering in Stockholm with the hire of market heavyweight, Magnus Wennerhorn, who joins as a partner and will lead the firm’s Banking & Finance practice in Sweden.
Magnus is a leading banking and finance lawyer in Stockholm who has led on numerous top tier acquisition finance transactions and complex cross-border financings and financial restructurings, including cross-over and investment grade lending and fund financings, for over two decades, representing private equity clients, Swedish and global banks, and corporate clients.
Magnus joins from White & Case where he was a partner and co-head of the Debt Finance practice in Stockholm.
