Ian Rodwell

Ian Rodwell is head of the firm’s client knowledge and learning team. He works directly with the firm’s clients ensuring they have access to a suite of legal and skills training, as well as an extensive collection of publications and knowhow tools. Ian has delivered business skills masterclasses globally and advised clients on a range of learning and knowledge management initiatives.

Joining the firm in 1992, Ian has held a number of knowledge and learning roles. These include establishing a knowhow system for the firm’s Real Estate practice and then running an information centre providing legal research and business analysis to teams across the London office.

As well as knowledge and learning collaborations with the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and Henley Business School, Ian regularly writes for the legal press and chairs and speaks at industry conferences.

Ian studied English Literature and the University of East Anglia. He also has a MBA from the Open University and is a doctoral researcher at City University.
