Overview
Alexandria is an associate in Linklaters’ Global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice. Her practice focuses on antitrust/competition, foreign investment and regulatory issues related to cross-border transactions. She specializes in antitrust, competition and foreign investment issues, including U.S. merger control and analysis. Alexandria also has experience handling complex commercial litigation and counsels clients on enforcement and compliance matters related to cartel and other antitrust conduct.
Alexandria is an active member of Linklaters’ internal groups, including the Black Affinity Network of the Americas.

Education and qualifications
Alexandria holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law where she served as Editor-in-Chief for the American University Business Law Review, Competitions Director for the Alternative Dispute and Resolution Honor Society and Vice President for the International Trade and Investment Law Society.
Alexandria also holds a Master of Public Policy from American University School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Georgia.
